1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and HOMEase Solutions, Inc. (“HOMEase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using a HOMEase service that links to these Terms, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use HOMEase for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for them and to submit the information you provide.

2. What HOMEase provides

HOMEase provides technology-assisted, photo-based information intended to help organize visible home-safety and accessibility considerations, prioritize possible next steps, and prepare clearer project conversations.

Features may include photo review, automated guidance, preliminary planning information, downloadable project briefs, and connections to independent professionals. Features, geographic availability, and pricing may change as the service develops.

3. Important limitations

• Photos may omit, distort, or fail to show important conditions.
• Automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific person, property, or project.
• Planning ranges are preliminary and are not bids, guarantees, or promises of final cost.
• A qualified professional must confirm conditions, measurements, scope, materials, permits, and code requirements on site.

If there is an immediate threat to health or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Do not delay professional medical, safety, or construction advice because of information provided by HOMEase.

4. Your information and content

You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you submit. You grant HOMEase a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, analyze, and share that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service and as described in the Privacy Notice.

You agree that:

• You have the right to submit the content and authorize its processing.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will avoid including unrelated people, medical records, government identifiers, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive content.
• You will not use HOMEase to evaluate a property or person without appropriate permission.

5. Independent contractors and project decisions

Contractors and other professionals available through or referenced by HOMEase are independent businesses, not HOMEase employees or agents. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, HOMEase does not perform construction work and does not control a contractor’s methods, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, or final work product.

You are responsible for selecting a professional, verifying credentials and insurance, reviewing references, comparing proposals, approving scope and price, confirming permits, and entering any construction contract. HOMEase does not guarantee that a contractor will respond, accept a project, meet a budget, or produce a particular outcome.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or overload the service.
• Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing dataset from HOMEase content or outputs except where law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent a HOMEase output as a licensed inspection, medical recommendation, code certification, or guaranteed construction scope.
• Infringe privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

HOMEase technology, branding, interfaces, report formats, and original content are owned by HOMEase or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMEase services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HOMEase disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, complete hazard identification, or a particular project result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMEase and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, personal injury, property damage, or contractor acts or omissions arising from reliance on the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMEase’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid HOMEase for the service giving rise to the claim during the previous 12 months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. General terms

Third-party services and links

HOMEase may link to government, contractor, payment, email, AI, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. A link does not imply endorsement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days after written notice. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Texas will have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and additional notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
